Dear ICoRSA members, 

We would like to invite you to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Friday, 18 November 2022, 9.30 – 17.00 CET as a hybrid event. All members are invited to join either in person or virtually. 

This year’s AGM will be supported and co-organised by our recently established member association Italian Research Staff Association (ItalianRSA). 

The first part of the AGM will be closed for members only in order to jointly discuss and plan ICoRSA’s future strategy. Another focus will be the election of the ICoRSA Board of Directors for the upcoming year. All nominations including self-nominations are welcome and must be submitted together with a letter of interest, emphasising your motivation to contribute to ICoRSA, to office@icorsa.org no later than Friday, 11 November 2022. As an ICoRSA member, you have the right to vote and voting will take place during the AGM. 

The second part of the AGM will be open to all interested stakeholders, with the aim to present ICoRSA, our recent activities and projects, but also our member and partner organisations. 

We would highly appreciate your active participation and feedback. Please confirm until Friday, 11 November 2022, if you are attending the AGM in person or online (please register via Zoom). 

Below you can find the draft agenda. If you would like to add any items/motions for discussion or dissemination to the agenda, could you please send them to office@icorsa.org no later than Friday, 11 November 2022.
